Question by Barry Fail: Where in the Constitution do the words “create money on a computer or printing press” appear?
All I see is “Coin” money, and “No state shall emit bills of credit.”

Just because it isn’t in the constitution doesn’t mean it can’t exist.
The constitution is a foundation and framework. It’s not the entire building. The building is always being built.

The Founders that wrote the Constitution are called the framers because they left the Constitution flexible to change with the times.
I would suggest learning your history of your constitution. Learn what it means and understand its meaning. The Constitution was drafted for the freedom of a coutry from a tyrrant king. It was not meant to keep people from doing things in the future. Like someone has already answered, its a building block to the land of freedom. Learn your history.
